Flying to London with a baby or toddler usually means one more bulky thing to carry: the car seat. Airlines will check it in, but it can arrive damaged or late, and carrying it through the airport with children, bags and a buggy is nobody's idea of a holiday. Book a London taxi with a car seat through us instead — infant, child and booster seats are fitted free of charge on request, and once confirmed they are already in the car when you land.
Your driver tracks your flight from the moment it takes off, so an early arrival or a delay changes nothing for you. They wait inside the arrivals hall with a name board, help with the luggage and the buggy, and take you straight to your hotel, apartment or family home. The price is fixed in pounds before you fly and you can pay by card online, so there is nothing to work out after a long journey.
We collect from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Southend, plus the cruise ports. Tell us the ages of your children when you book and we will choose the right seats. Every driver is licensed by Transport for London (TfL) under operator licence PCO No. 008740101.
In the UK children must use a suitable car seat until they are 12 years old or 135 cm tall, whichever comes first. Licensed taxis and private hire cars have an exemption when no seat is available — children under 3 may travel in the back without one — but a proper seat is always safer, so we fit one free. Infant seat: birth to about 12–15 months. Child seat: roughly 9–18 kg, 1–4 years. Booster seat: about 15–36 kg, 4–12 years.
