No. PayPal accepts international debit and credit cards, so a US, Canadian or Australian card works the same as a UK one.
Is the congestion charge included in the price?
The congestion charge (£9 per leg, when it applies) is the only variable added on top of the fixed fare. Everything else — flight tracking, waiting time, meet & greet — is included with no extra cost.
Can I get a receipt in USD for my expense report?
Your receipt shows the fixed GBP amount charged, since that's the actual transaction. Most expense systems and card statements will show the converted USD/CAD/AUD figure alongside it automatically.
