London Luton and Heathrow are about 35 to 40 miles apart, joined by the M1 and M25. By public transport you can take a direct coach, which runs to a timetable, or go by train into London and back out again, changing on the way. Neither is much fun with suitcases, children or a tight connection.
A pre-booked car goes straight between the terminals, usually in 45 to 70 minutes. At Luton, drivers are not allowed to wait inside the terminal, so your driver calls you when you land and meets you at the pick-up area just outside. At Heathrow we meet you inside arrivals with a name board. Either way, we track your flight so a delay does not leave you stranded.
