Strand Palace Hotel is at 372 Strand, WC2R 0JJ, in Covent Garden and the Strand. From Heathrow Airport it is about 19 miles and usually takes 35–55 min via the M4 and A4, depending on traffic and the time of day.
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name board: at Pret A Manger in Terminals 4 and 5, or at WHSmith in Terminals 2 and 3. We track your flight, so an early or late landing changes nothing, and your driver helps with your bags all the way to the car.
Your driver drops you at the hotel entrance. The price is fixed per car, not per passenger, and agreed before you travel. Estate cars, MPVs, 8-seaters and executive cars are available, and child seats are free on request.
Express Airport Cars is an independent, TfL-licensed transfer company and is not affiliated with Strand Palace Hotel.
We collect you from the hotel entrance and take you to any London airport. Tell us your flight time when you book and we will suggest when to leave.
