With a business account, you book online under your company, add the passenger’s name and flight, and we do the rest: we track the flight, the driver waits inside arrivals with a name board, and nothing changes on the price if the flight is early or late. For senior staff and clients, choose a Business Saloon or Business Estate at the quote stage.
Every booking is confirmed by email, and you get a receipt for each journey that can go straight into an expense claim. Regular accounts can ask us about consolidated monthly invoicing — tell us how your team books and pays, and we will set the account up to match.
